Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its original tags attached.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your confirmation number to start a return or exchange.
- Sale items are final sale unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Accessories (jewelry, sunglasses, socks) are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your confirmation number — we'll make it right.
